Pretty great, consistent, asian-style, and all vegan restaurant. Pretty large selection of interesting and generally Chinese dishes, lots of organic drinks and desserts as well. Overall very affordable and decent sized portions. Super friendly service too.

I always liked Tiengarden, but I grew to love it and now it is possibly one of my most frequented vegetarian restaurants. For a long time I stuck to the curry noodles with soy protein, but now I probably choose from the dim-sum menu on a more regular basis. The crispy gluten should probably have a better name, as could many things on the menu, but man is it tasty. I get it almost every time I'm there. They have a lot of other great snack selections. The sticky rice wrapped in lotus leaf. Also if they have the pan-fried buns which is an occasional special, those are great. During the cold weather, the noodle soup is wonderful. Also the plates are often very good and the menu is completely vegan, so it's nice to never have to think about that at all. The soy or seitan vegetarian meats are used well, and they use really fresh vegetables like kale and some less common ingredients like goji berries very well. The place is small, but cozy, and the service is polite if a bit inconsistent. It really depends who is working on the day you're there. Also worth mentioning, the prices are actually very good, you can get quite a lot of food for not too much money.
