This place serves Japanese homestyle food and they do have an emphasis on soy products, though many of those dishes are served with meat. A lot of vegetarian choices are available though vegan options are slightly more limited. The restaurant though small is cozy and an informal and friendly environment. Given that there aren't too many Japanese vegetarian and vegan-friendly restaurants around, it's worth a visit to try out some unusual Japanese-style dishes that aren't really available in a vegetarian style elsewhere.
